Summary
Establishes the Congressional Task Force on Concurrent Jurisdiction Over Lorton. Directs the Task Force to conduct a study and make recommendations with regard to the most efficient and effective balance of jurisdictional powers between Virginia and the District of Columbia over the Lorton Reformatory Complex. Requires the Task Force to submit a final report with a detailed statement of its recommendations to the President, the Congress, the Governor of Virginia, and the Mayor of the District of Columbia. Terminates the Task Force 30 days after the date on which such Task Force submits its report.
