Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to lease a specified naval repair ship to the Government of Pakistan. Waives congressional reporting requirements for such lease. Requires Pakistan to be charged for any expense of the United States in connection with such lease. States that such lease may provide, as consideration for the lease, for the maintenance, protection, repair, or restoration of the ship by Pakistan. Terminates the Secretary's authority two years after enactment of this Act. Provides for renewal of such lease subject to congressional reporting requirements.
