Summary

South Central Kansas Water Supply Preservation Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, in order to demonstrate the feasibility of a full-scale groundwater recharge, storage, and recovery project and to ensure a safe and adequate water supply for the residents of Sedgwick County, Kansas, to participate with the City of Wichita in the construction and maintenance of facilities in Wichita to recharge the Equus Beds Aquifer.
