Summary

Osage Nation Reorganization Act - Extends Federal recognition to the Osage Nation of Indians. Requires that the Secretary of the Interior hold an election to elect the membership of the Osage Nation Reorganization Committee. Sets forth voting requirements for such election. Requires the Committee to draft a constitution and bylaws for the tribe and to conduct an election for the adoption of such constitution and bylaws within one year of the election of the Committee. Sets forth voting requirements for such election. Requires the Committee to conduct an election of tribal officials within 120 days after adoption of the Constitution and bylaws. Provides that the Committee shall cease to exist upon the Secretary's certification of the election of the tribal officials. Directs the Secretary to deal with the tribal officials as the recognized governing body of the tribe. Authorizes appropriations.
