Summary

Designates the following lands in Colorado as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System: (1) the Greenhorn Mountain Wilderness in the San Isabel National Forest; (2) the Spanish Peaks (Huajatolla) Wilderness in the San Isabel National Forest; (3) the West Needle Wilderness in the San Juan National Forest; (4) the Piedra Wilderness in the San Juan National Forest; (5) the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness in the San Isabel National Forest; (6) the Oh-Be-Joyful Wilderness in the Gunnison National Forest; (7) the Spruce Creek Wilderness in the White River National Forest; and (8) the Service Creek Wilderness in the Routt National Forest. Deletes the Trappers Lake Boathouse from the boundary of the Flat Tops Wilderness in the Routt and White River National Forests in Colorado in accordance with the map entitled "Trappers Lake Boat House - Flat Tops Wilderness" and dated April 10, 1984.
