Summary
Secondary School Equality of Access Act of 1984 - Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make it unlawful for any public authority to discriminate against any group of students seeking to meet together in a public secondary school on the grounds of the content of speech which occurs or may occur at such meeting. Permits any aggrieved person to obtain relief in a civil action.
