Summary
Military Recruiting Enhancement Act of 2000 - Directs the Secretary of the Air Force to carry out during FY 2002 and 2003 a pilot program to determine the effectiveness of using as military recruiters recently retired Air Force enlisted personnel who volunteer to be recalled to active duty to serve in such capacity. Prohibits more than 200 retired members from being recalled for such purpose at any time, and prohibits the recall period from exceeding two years or extending beyond September 30, 2004.
