Summary

Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to require that the Secretary of Labor, in determining whether to grant a waiver of the application of the child labor provisions to certain agricultural labor, base a finding that the level and type of pesticides and other chemicals used would have an adverse effect upon the health or well-being of such individuals on scientific data developed by the Environmental Protection Agency or the Food and Drug Administration.
