Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code in regard to providing or possessing contraband in Federal prison. Makes it a Federal offense for any person to provide an inmate with: (1) a firearm or other destructive device; (2) any weapon or object that may be used as a means to facilitate escape; (3) narcotic drugs; (4) controlled substances; (5) alcoholic beverages; or (6) U.S. currency. Prohibits Federal inmates from possessing the above. Establishes penalties for violations of this Act. Provides for a fine of $250,000 for any person who instigates, assists, or conspires to cause any mutiny or riot at any Federal penal or correctional facility.
