Summary
Designates certain lands in the Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia, as the Cranberry Wilderness and Cranberry Back Country. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to administer such lands. Authorizes the Secretary to acquire any valid existing rights in such lands whenever the Secretary finds that the exercise of such rights will significantly impair the values for which the wilderness area and Back Country Area are established.
