Summary

Designates specified lands within the Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia, as the Cranberry Wilderness. Withdraws all federally-owned lands within the Wilderness from all forms of appropriation under the mining laws and from operation of the mineral leasing laws, subject to valid existing rights. Permits the implementation of an uneven-aged timber management program within the boundaries of the wilderness.
