Summary
Windstorm Hazard Reduction Research and Technology Transfer Act - Requires the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy to establish an Interagency Group to be responsible for the development and implementation of a Federal windstorm hazard reduction research, development, and technology transfer program to achieve major measurable reductions in losses to life and property from windstorms. Establishes a National Advisory Committee to review the program's progress, advise on any improvements, and report to Congress on actions taken to reduce the impacts of windstorm hazards.
