Thomas Jefferson Public Service Act of 2018 This bill sets the annual rate of pay to $1 for a Member of Congress who has served six consecutive full terms as a Member of the House of Representatives or two consecutive full terms as a Senator and also prohibits such service from being included as creditable service for federal retirement purposes.
