Prescribes penalties for the use of firearms in the Commission of any felony and increases the punishment provided for the commission of such felony by a term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years, nor more than 10 years. Prohibits the reduction of sentences and concurrent running of terms of imprisonment. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924 (c))
