Summary
Private Party Judicial Fairness Act of 2002 - Amends the Federal judicial code to provide that interest on a claim against the United States shall be allowed in a judgment of the United States Court of Federal Claims from the date the suit was filed. (Currently, such interest is allowed only as expressly provided under a contract or Act of Congress.)
