Summary

Amends the Social Security Amendments of 1983 to provide that individuals aged 46 and over who are employees of nonprofit organizations whose employees are covered under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program and who acquire the appropriate number of quarters of coverage after January 1, 1984, shall be considered fully insured individuals for purposes of title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act. (Under current law, those employees aged 55 or over are granted such insured status.)
