Summary

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Army to provide a named individual a set of insignia to replace those destroyed while such individual was serving on active duty with the U.S. Army in 1951. Allows such individual to file a claim for any other property lost in such incident. Authorizes the Secretary to pay such claims as are found valid.
