Summary
Authorizes feasibility studies by the Secretary of the Interior of the following projects in California: (1) the relocation of the intake of the Contra Costa County Water District canal; (2) pump-generating plant at the Los Vaqueros Dam; and (3) revisions in the study of the Kellogg Unit. Requires the Secretary to make recommendations to Congress to assure the nondeterioration of the water quality and ecology of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta or the San Francisco Bay estuarine system as a result of such projects.
