Summary
Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1991 to increase from up to 12 to up to 32 the number of positions under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) jurisdiction for which the AOC may fix the rate of basic pay at a rate not to exceed the highest total rate of pay for the Senior Executive Service for the locality involved. Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003 to specify that any multiyear contract for the acquisition of property the AOC is authorized to enter into may include a lease for between one and 10 program years.
