Summary

Allows the district court of the Eastern District of New York to be held at a site not more than five miles from the boundary of Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Authorizes such court to pretermit the regular session of court at Hempstead until Federal quarters and accommodations are ready for occupancy, except that during such period a special session of the court shall be held at Westbury. Sets forth additional provisions with respect to such special session.
