Summary
Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to include specific items in any listing of impairments for the evaluation of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection used in making determinations of disability under titles II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act.
