Columbia Space Shuttle Memorial Study Act - Directs the Secretary of Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to carry out a study to determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing, as a unit or units of the National Park System, memorials to the Space Shuttle Columbia, to be located on the four specified parcels of land in Texas on which large debris from the Space Shuttle was recovered.
