Summary

Establishes two divisions for the central judicial district of California: (1) the Tri-County Division (comprising the counties of Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino); and (2) the Los Angeles Division (comprising the counties of Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. Stipulates that court for the Tri-County Division shall be held at Santa Ana (and may be held at Riverside and San Bernardino), and court for the Los Angeles Division shall be held at Los Angeles.
