Summary
Native Latex Commercialization Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to coordinate and carry out research culminating in the commercialization of latex from Parthenium or other hydrocarbon containing plants. Requires the Secretary to maintain a bank of research data on native latex. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative projects with the Government of Mexico to accomplish the purposes of this Act. Authorizes the Secretary to conduct specified activities to promote the development of native latex. Authorizes appropriations to carry out the purposes the purposes of this Act.
