Summary
Leadership Evaluation At Department of Veterans Affairs Act or the LEAD VA Act This bill requires the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to jointly conduct a study to determine the feasibility of establishing a pilot program under which officers of the Armed Forces in the grade of O-6 are assigned to serve for three years as directors of VA medical centers.
