Summary

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to direct the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, within 60 days, to: (1) design a system to obtain a content analysis of public affairs documentaries through an objective evaluation using peer review; and (2) publish a request for proposals to procure the performance of such analyses. Requires the Corporation to include in its annual report to the President a summary of any results of such analyses and any recommendations for expanding the analysis system to cover other Corporation-supported programming.
