Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to accept, in exchange (by quitclaim deed) for the surface and subsurface estate of certain other lands, from Koniag, Incorporated, a conveyance by limited warranty deed of the surface and subsurface estates of specified lands on Kodiak Island, Alaska, to be included in the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge. Subjects the conveyed lands to the same restrictions and limitations placed on previous lands conveyed to Koniag, pursuant to an agreement between it and the Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard (to protect the U.S. Guard Holiday Beach receiver site).
