Summary
Increases the amount authorized to be expended by the President for traveling expenses to $100,000 (presently $40,000). Authorizes the President to appoint and fix the pay of White House Office personnel, and to procure White House Office services necessary for the performance of his official duties. Authorizes to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary for official Presidential receptions and entertainment, for official Vice-Presidential expenses, for specified unanticipated Presidential needs, and for the Domestic Council.
