Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to engage in: (1) a special study to establish water resource development priorities in the Platte River Basin, Nebraska; and (2) feasibility studies for the Prairie Bend unit, Pick-Sloan Missouri River basin program, Nebraska, for water resources development, fish and wildlife habitat management, public outdoor recreation, flood control, and other appropriate purposes. Authorizes appropriations. Conditions such studies on agreement by the State of Nebraska, or other non-Federal entity, to participate and share in their costs.
