Summary

Defense Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2001 - Makes emergency supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense for FY 2001 for: (1) active and reserve military personnel; (2) operation and maintenance; (3) procurement; (4) shipbuilding and conversion; (5) the Defense Health Program; and (6) military family housing. Designates each amount appropriated as an emergency requirement pursuant to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act).
