Summary
Bowen Gulch Wilderness Act of 1990 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to sell to the Louisiana Pacific Corporation, on a noncompetitive basis, substitute timber of equal value in exchange for modification or cancellation of the current contract to sell to such corporation timber in the Bowen Gulch area of the Arapaho National Forest, Colorado. Designates the Bowen Gulch Additions to the Never Summer Wilderness as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System. Sets forth provisions with respect to allocation of water rights between the United States and Colorado relating to such wilderness lands. Directs the Secretary to manage a specified research natural area of the Arapaho National Forest.
