Amends Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide payment for psychologists' services under the supplementary medical insurance program. Amends Title XI (General Provisions) of the Social Security Act to require that psychologists be included in any Professional Standards Review Organization appointed under such Title.
