Summary

Provides for the conveyance of mineral interests of the United States in property in Riverside County, California, to the record owners of the surface of that property. Conditions such transfer upon the following: (1) the deposit of an amount of money sufficient to cover administrative costs; (2) application for conveyance must be made by the surface owner within six months of the date of approval of this Act; and (3) the fair market value must be paid for such interest conveyed.
