Summary

Directs the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture to create, under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, the Disabled Eagle passport program under which disabled persons shall be admitted free to designated admission fee areas in national parks and national recreation areas. Allows persons bearing a Disabled Eagle Passport, as well as those bearing a Golden Age Passport, to use specified recreation facilities at a rate of 50 percent of the established daily use fee.
