Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to redefine the term "single visit" for purposes of establishing admission fees to designated units of the National Park System. States that payment of a "single visit" admission fee shall authorize exists from and reentries to a single designated area for a period of from one to 15 days.
