Summary
Outreach to People With Disabilities During Emergencies Act - Amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in order to enhance domestic preparedness for and the collective response to terrorism and other incidents, to provide guidance to and coordinate with appropriate individuals, officials, and organizations to implement plans for outreach to people with disabilities during a terrorist or other incident.
