Amends the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the National Housing Act, and the Federal Credit Union Act to insure public funds deposited in federally insured banks, savings and loan associations, mutual savings banks, and credit unions for the full amount of each account (presently there is a $100,000 limit on each account).
