Summary
Provides that, in the determination of the annual income of recipients of veterans' pensions and dependency and indemnity comepnsation, the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall not reduce the amount of such pension or compensation because of increases in monthly social security benefits. Provides that in determining annual income for purposes of veterans' pension, where a veteran is living with his spouse, all income which is reasonably available to or for the veteran in excess of whichever is greater, $1,800 (presently $1,200) or the total earned income of the spouse, shall be considered as the income of the veteran. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 415, 521)
