Summary
Amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to remove the reimbursement requirement for evacuation as a result of war, civil unrest, or natural disaster. Applies such amendment to evacuations conducted on or after July 12, 2006. Directs the Secretary of State to reimburse an individual who: (1) was evacuated by the United States on or after July 12, 2006; and (2) has reimbursed the United States for such evacuation.
