VA Opioid Prescribing Rates Accountability Act This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to: (1) report at least annually to each Veterans Health Administration physician on his or her opioid prescribing rates, and (2) provide physicians who were among the highest opioid prescribers each fiscal year with pain management training.
