Summary
OSHA Employer Notification Act This bill amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to require the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to: (1) notify employers of the issuance of citations or proposed penalties at least one full business before publicly announcing the citations or penalties; and (2) update its website posts if citations or penalties are subsequently settled, vacated, or modified.
