Summary
Americans with Disabilities Business Development Act of 1992 - Amends the Small Business Act to: (1) substitute the definition of "disability" (a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of an individual) for "handicapped individual"; and (2) include Americans with disabilities among those considered to be socially disadvantaged for purposes of such Act.
