Summary
Revises membership requirements with respect to U.S. participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization parliamentary conferences to require: (1) both the House of Representatives and Senate delegations to such conferences to have two co-chairmen who are members of different political parties; and (2) at least one of the members from each delegation to be a member from the House Committee on Foreign Affairs or the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, as appropriate. Revises requirements with respect to the appointment of the Secretary of the delegations.
