Summary
Increases the penalty for use of a firearm during the Commission of specified crimes from a minimum of one year for a first offense to a minimum of ten years and from a minimum of two years for a second offense to a minimum twenty-five year term of imprisonment. Allows State courts with jurisdiction in such cases to enforce the provisions of this Act.
