Summary

Designates specified lands within the National Wildlife Refuge System in Minnesota, Alaska, Nevada, Virginia, Arkansas, Maryland, Delaware, Arizona, North Carolina, Montana, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, Oregon, California, Missouri, Vermont, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Washington, South Carolina, Idaho, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Louisiana as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System. Withdraws all such lands from disposition under all laws pertaining to mineral leasing. Establish specific wilderness areas within the National Forest System in Montana, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, California, Utah, Idaho, and Montana. Requires a map and a legal description of each wilderness area designated by this Act to be filed with the Interior and Insular Affairs Committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
