Summary
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to extend gratuitous wage credits to individuals who served in the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps during World War II by treating them as World War II veterans. Makes this Act applicable to monthly benefits and lump-sum death payments payable after the enactment of this Act. Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to recompute the primary insurance amount for such individuals upon application by them or by any individual entitled to monthly benefits on the basis of their wages and self-employment income.
