Point Peter Study Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of Point Peter in St. Marys, Georgia, the site of an American fort near Cumberland Island that was attacked by British forces in January 1815 in one of the last battles of the War of 1812, to evaluate the national significance of Point Peter and to determine the suitability and feasibility of designating such area as a unit of the National Park System.
