Summary
Establishes the Trinity River Management Board to: (1) rehabilitate a specified portion of the Trinity River, California, and adjacent land areas; (2) monitor the fish and wildlife stock in the Trinity River Basin; and (3) implement a Trinity River Basin wildlife management program. Directs the Board to establish a field office in Trinity County, California. Authorizes the Board to establish an advisory committee to advise the Board in the formulation of the wildlife management program. Authorizes Federal agencies to detail, on a reimbursable basis, personnel of such agencies to the Board. Authorizes appropriations.
