Summary

Amends the Federal criminal code to make it unlawful for any member of a foreign diplomatic mission or any member of a foreign consular post in the United States entitled to immunity from criminal jurisdiction to use a firearm to commit any act constituting a felony under the criminal laws of the United States or any State. Establishes a fine of $10,000 or imprisonment for 10 years or both.
