Summary

Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2010 - Authorizes the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) to establish a five-year pilot program to to recruit highly-skilled individuals who are pursing or have obtained a graduate degree in a field related to cybersecurity. Designates the program as the NSA Cybersecurity Honors Program. Requires: (1) the Director of National Intelligence to submit to Congress a report containing guidelines or legislative recommendations to improve the capabilities of intelligence community and law enforcement agencies to protect U.S. cybersecurity; and (2) two biennial updates of such report.
